1、由于水泥電線桿是安裝在室外使用，常年受降雨天氣影響，使得電線桿壁破裂，進而引起電線桿內(nèi)部充水造成腐蝕，進而分解水泥電線桿的材質(zhì)，使得形狀變彎。

2、由于冬天氣溫較低，水泥電線桿本身會受嚴(yán)寒的侵蝕，使得外部出現(xiàn)裂紋，進而降雪附著到表面，雪融化以后會滲入電線桿表面的裂紋，進而腐蝕內(nèi)部鋼筋骨架，使得生銹，從而導(dǎo)致水泥電線桿變彎。

二、水泥電線桿本身質(zhì)量問題

1、水泥電線桿在制作鋼筋籠（也成鋼筋骨架）時，由于使用的鋼筋材料質(zhì)量不過關(guān)，經(jīng)過長時間腐蝕，表面嚴(yán)重生銹，進而會導(dǎo)致水泥電線桿整體沒有支撐，進而會使形狀變彎，嚴(yán)重的會使水泥電線桿斷裂。

2、水泥電線桿所使用的混凝土不達標(biāo)或非國標(biāo)，水泥電線桿對原材料的要求很高，因為常年要在比較嚴(yán)酷的室外環(huán)境，對水泥電線桿的堅韌性要求很高，如果混凝土不達標(biāo)，容易出現(xiàn)裂紋，進而會腐蝕內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，導(dǎo)致水泥電桿變彎。

三、水泥電線桿變彎的預(yù)防方法

1、采購水泥電線桿時，應(yīng)嚴(yán)把質(zhì)量關(guān)，對水泥電線桿做基本的檢測，主要是看出廠的水泥電線桿表面是否有裂紋，電線桿內(nèi)壁是否平整，電線桿整體是否垂直，還有就是看下露出的鋼筋是否已經(jīng)生銹或容易掰彎。

1. When purchasing cement poles, quality should be strictly controlled, and basic testing should be carried out on cement poles. The main focus is to check whether there are cracks on the surface of the cement poles, whether the inner wall of the poles is flat, whether the poles are vertical as a whole, and whether the exposed steel bars have rusted or are prone to bending.
