水泥桿原材料
Raw materials for cement poles
1.水泥
1. Cement
預(yù)應(yīng)力桿采用不低于53.5MPa的硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥、礦渣硅酸鹽水泥，抗硫酸鹽水泥、或不低于43.5MPa的快硬硅酸鹽水泥，其性能應(yīng)符合GB175、GB199、GB748及GB1344規(guī)定。
Prestressed bars are made of Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, sulfate-resistant cement or fast-hardening Portland cement of not less than 53.5 MPa. Their properties should meet the requirements of GB175, GB199, GB748 and GB1344.
采用43.5MPa以上的硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥、礦渣硅酸鹽水泥，抗硫酸鹽水泥、其性能應(yīng)符合GB175、GB199、GB748
Using Portland cement, ordinary portland cement and slag Portland cement with 43.5 MPa or more, sulphate resistant cement and its properties should conform to GB175, GB199 and GB748.
2.集料
2. Aggregate
砂子采用中粗，石子采用碎石，其質(zhì)量應(yīng)分別符合GB/T 14684、GB/T 14685的規(guī)定，并符合GBJ204的規(guī)定。預(yù)應(yīng)力并應(yīng)符合GBJ204的規(guī)定。
Sand is medium-coarse and gravel is gravel. Its quality should meet the requirements of GB/T 14684 and GB/T 14685 respectively and GBJ204. Prestressing shall also comply with the requirements of GBJ204.
3.水
3. water
拌制混制土須采用飲用水，水質(zhì)應(yīng)符合JGJ63的規(guī)定。
Drinking water should be used in mixing and mixing soil, and the water quality should meet the requirements of JGJ63.
4.外加劑

摻入混凝土中的外加劑，其性能應(yīng)符合GB8076的規(guī)定，嚴(yán)禁摻入氯鹽類外加劑
The properties of admixtures added into concrete should conform to the requirements of GB8076. It is strictly forbidden to admixture chloride admixtures.
5.鋼筋
5. Reinforcement
預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋采用冷拉Ⅱ級、冷拉Ⅲ級、冷拉Ⅳ級、Ⅴ級(熱處理)鋼筋、甲級冷拔低碳鋼絲、刻痕鋼絲和鋼鉸絲、碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼，其性能應(yīng)分別符合GB1499、GB5223、GB5224和GB4463的規(guī)定非預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋采用I級、II級鋼筋，其性能應(yīng)分別符合GB700，GB701的規(guī)定
Prestressed steel bars are cold-drawn grade II, cold-drawn grade II I, cold-drawn grade IV, grade V (heat treatment) steel bars, grade A cold-drawn low carbon steel wires, notched steel wires, steel hinges and carbon structural steels. Their properties should meet the requirements of GB1499, GB5223, GB5224 and GB4463 respectively. Non-prestressed steel bars should adopt grade I and grade II steel bars, and their properties should meet the requirements of GB1499, GB5224 and GB4463 respectively. Regulations of GB700, GB701
6.混凝土
6. Concrete
預(yù)應(yīng)力電桿離心混凝土的設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度不低于C50級 離心混凝土的設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度不低于C40級，出廠時(shí)混凝土強(qiáng)度等級應(yīng)不低于設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度的80%。
The design strength of pre-stressed pole centrifugal concrete should not be lower than C50 centrifugal concrete and C40 centrifugal concrete. The strength grade of concrete should not be lower than 80% of the design strength when it leaves the factory.
